Jasleen Kaur is the founder and principal lawyer at Jhita Law P C . She holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Guru Nanak Dev University in Amritsar. Jasleen earned her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the same institution.

Her legal career began in 2017 with her admission to the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh, India. She went on to practice primarily in Family Law and Service Law before the Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, India. After moving to Ontario, Canada, Jasleen gained practical experience in the field of Immigration and Real Estate law.

In 2024, she was admitted to the Law Society of Ontario and subsequently directed her focus toward Family Law. She further developed her proficiency in this domain through practical experience in Ontario. At Jhita Law, she applies her broad legal experience to matters concerning Family Law, Real Estate Law, and Immigration Law.

Jasleen's journey into law was inspired by her father's dream for her to become a lawyer. Initially uncertain, she discovered a profound passion for the profession as she began practicing, turning her father's vision into her own commitment to serving clients with dedication and integrity.

Outside her professional commitments, Jasleen enjoys travelling, hiking, and spending time with her family.
